Understanding and influencing Consumer Behaviour: 

In the past, it was assumed that decision making was a largely rational process, based on logic and reason. We now know that this is far from the truth. There are a great deal of influences that shape our decisions, most of which, we are not even aware of. Being able to understand and harness these influences is the key to being a successful influencer.

 

The tools learnt in this programme are geared towards influencing consumer choice and perception. It covers topics such as subconscious influences, framing, value perception and pricing strategies.

The Nudge Experience:

In the morning, delegates will learn about the science behind consumer decision-making and judgement. They will be presented with case studies and various influencing tools. In the afternoon, delegates will learn how to apply the science and tools to their business.

 

Delegates will also receive a research-based, systematized toolkit, which they will be able to use in any influencing scenario. The toolkit has been proven to substantially improve effectiveness in behaviour change. This practical guide will also ensure that the delegates continue to apply the tools learned throughout the programme.
